We perform machining and manufacturing of shaftings, forming rolls, axles, hydraulic actuator rods, rolls.

The manufacturing and machining is performed on the machining stations with computerized numerical control (CNC). That is why we are able to manufacture shaftings, forming rolls, axles, rods and rollers of any complexity and purpose, including ship shaftings.

The manufacturing is performed upto the following parameters:

500 mm
L= 5000 mm

We are able to manufacture and produce forming rolls for mills and conveyors, as well as ship shaftings.

We manufacture rods for hydraulics, rods for hydraulic actuators, as well as rods for any type of machinery.

Manufacturing and production of shaftings, forming rolls, rods and axles is performed with the machining accuracy of IT 7…IT 9.

Surface roughness parameteres during the manufacturing of shaftings, rods and axles are upto Ra 0,32.
